With gentle or forceful interactions Polaroid films and ceramic tiles have been shaped and reshaped. Both the ceramic tile and the Polaroid were produced with specific function or use in mind, the tiles being recognizable ordinary objects and the Polaroid well known to capture everyday moments and highlight them into memories. In these works, the artists relinquish control, highlighting that the material possesses a behavior of its own.
